Launcher disappears after three seconds

As in the title, the launcher disappears after 3 seconds. Widnows defender is disabled because I thought it might be blocking the ad from loading on the launcher. Probably something is blocking that one ad and the launcher is shutting down, preventing the game from being patched. I downloaded the game again but this time via torrent. Nevertheless, the same thing still happens. I am asking for help if someone has already had a similar problem.

Regards @ziabuch123 for this error actually, there's a solution you just need to get into the launcher properties and change to compatibility mode for windows 7/8, and your problem should be solved, please let me know if you solved your problem with this solution.
