Issue on Character Selection

Hello !

 

I have an issue on a "new" PC (not the one I usually use to play) : I can launch the game and login, and on the character selection screen I can't click anywhere. Or at least it doesn't do anything, except clicking on the character itself (not the name), which select it. And then nothing, no button is working (the hover effect appears though), clicking enter doesn't do anything, etc.

The only action I can perform is clicking on the character and clicking anywhere on the background where it will unselect it.

 

Would you have an idea on what I need to do ? I updated DX, GPU drivers, .NET framework, I launched the "Check" feature twice and still the same thing.

Hello,

Check if you have any other programs running on the background. Especially the ones providing overlay. 
White list the game in your antimalware programs and firewall.

Turned out running once again the check fixed it.... As you said, 99% of the errors are fixed with it. I might have had some internet issues the last time.
