Hey @traumereia, It is possible that the ping is higher because the data center network is overloading. Everything was just restarted and everyone is getting the backups, loading them and so on. It should get better with some time.

hi , me and some other players who i know have 200-250 ms at the 19:00-23:00 interval. Normally have 50-60ms but this interval is frustrating . Any idea how to normalize it? (ive tried ping reducer program what i used on US aion where i had 300ms and reduced to150 but here nothing happens with it.)
