Hello. So, I agree with you, that doing events that give you serums or essential things, risks emptying the server. For this you could do an event at tiamaranta eye, or in the katalam, where you can give as a reward in box or wherever you prefer, scroll by instance, potion, manastone normal not double, scoll30% abyss point for a week, and very rarely a mount, or give for a week x2 drop bonus in tiamaranta eye. So people are happy, and you don't risk giving away objects that then make the server empty.
