problem Insane graphics

Hello. I have problem with creating character as after picking class i see this:

Update: Ingame is 100% fine. But even when i change settings to max/min and go to characters > new, character creator is broken.

 

Newest nvidia drivers. Card: GeForce GTX 970

Update: For some reason after ~1h of play tried again and it fixed itself. Weird thing.

 

So solution: play on random character till lvl5 then go to character creator and make new one.

The problem appears on some cards and can be fixed by changing the graphic engine to default one in the settings.
