aion does not work with my new processor

Hello, I received my new amd 5950x processor but euroaion does not work with it,
 when I run the client I see the aion logo and it crashes without any error code

 

my old processor is intel 9700k, but with my new processor, official aion works normally, directx is up to date, know you help me please, thank you

hi, a friend had the same problem as you, he fixed it by decreasing the number of cores being used on the AMD Ryzen Master program.

He decreased it by Half and it worked, try it

i change so many settings and testing all the things in Forum , only this works.
