Elite Named "Elder Kitarpa" missing at Brusthonin

Hello , that do few 3 days i check several time by day at each spot of his spawn and i never see him. I know he's location at the database can change (blue light effect where he can spawn) but even with that he is still missing.

\The monster can be killed as soon as it appears, and the respawn time of him is around 4-5h, therefore it is so difficult to catch him.
