Steelrake entry quest bug (asmo)

While doing the steel rake entry quest "A suspicious call" on Asmo side I encountered two bugs. The first one is that I can't talk to the Shugo after the sequence. After relogging and reentering the shugo didn't even spawn. Only after the third try I could finish the quest.
