Delayed Weapon Switch

I'm gunner and i should change my gun too much, but change weapon key is too delayed. its so weird im clicking it but switches after 2 seconds. its not a ping problem because i dont have this problem on other server. please fix this!!!

This issue has been discussed many times. Everything works according to the official server version 4.6
