cannot launch the game

hello im getting an erroe when i try to launch the game

sounds/effects/effect.pak

Please repair the game

> delete the file(s) mentioned in the error message, add the game folder to the whitelist of all your antimalware programs (+windows defender) and of your firewall, reboot the PC and then start the launcher

i followed these steps but still the same problem please help

when i unmark read only and press okay it's being like that:

i actually noticed all my files are marked as read only and i cannot remove it
