Deleted my offered weapons

Hello to anyone seeing this ! I already did this mistake once and realized just now my error. I choosed the wrong weapons for two of my characters on my account.

Apparently I was supposed to choose an Orb for my Dangeroos level 17, instead took a spellbook,

And same for my Ange level 35, I was supposed to choose a polearms and instead took a sword and shield.

I wanted to know if there was any way to have back the chests with the kaisinel weapons or directly the right weapons for each of these two characters?

I'm so sorry for bothering with the same mistake again 🙏🏻 will take extra care in the future !!

As far as I can see you got only one sword on your account. Did you throw away the second box? Same question for the sorcerer

Yes I deleted all my boxes, I thought I didn't need them anymore until I realized now...
