Project Drakanhammer

Hi 

 

This is for Elyos Campaign quest, Project Drakanhammer "Find the Reaserch Diary" 

 

I tried finding this book for my second character, and for the past 2 days of searching, I still can't seem to find the Diary considering it's fairly large. In my main account, I was easily able to find it since it's noticeable after searching the whole area. But for all my searching this time, there's no book to be found. Can someone please help?
