Discord ban

Why did i get banned in discord and can i get unbanned?

I have never done something and even supported the server in any way. 
Why would you even ban people from the server when u solve everything through it?
I cannot even write the Supporter on Discord because i dont share a mutual server with them.

Yes sorry for writing here but there is literally no other choice, since i dont get any message why etc.
