shop item Accidentally bought the item to a wrong character

Hello, today I accidentally bought 3 Suits for a friend. But i dont know it is untradeable.    So i mail it to my character. And when i trade with him.........

Could kind administration help and swap these three for 6 x Assured Greater Felicitous Socketing Box (Eternal)

Hello,

We can return the coins for them. 

For this follow the instructions: 
Throw away the wrong item and provide the screenshot. Screenshot must contain
- character nickname, 
- ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking) 
- server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map). 
- chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]".  (system chat)
IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT!

We will also need your character name + link to the items in our game shop

So then we cannot send the coins to you. I am sorry for the confusion. 
As you sad above, you wanted an exchange for the socketings. Is it still relevant for you?

I don`t play on that character.  so i only need something which can be trade.

Socketing Box is also fine for me, that i can trade it to my other character.
