cannot display basic title

i cannot make my basic title display in order to make a  campaing quest (i could not display my title from the first moment i made an account i just didnt gave it too much attention) the rank display works properly

Afaik only normal titles display, try selecting that first. Second section is to select different stats if you don't like the stats assigned to your desired title.
