Asmodian shoulder cloaks

I just joined EuroAion server and Im enjoying AION again.

I was playing on live back in the day and I remember Asmodians having some very cool shoulder legion cloaks while Elyos had full cloaks.

Today I joined a legion with my Asmodian and I was disappointed to see the boring full cloak.

What's up with that? Is it an option when creating the cloak for your legion or was it changed for all?
