Good morning, I play on the euroaion server, from Brazil and for reasons of distance my ping is very high and then I use a reducer (pingzapper) until a few days ago it was working normally, however I tried to use it today and it is giving error because the when the game loads with the reducer open it appears "cannot connect to server" or even before opening it it gives an error "Error when start" something like that.
I would like to know what may be happening or if it is not allowed to use a reducer on euroaion.

We do not prohibit the use of such software, but at the same time we do not support it. We cannot provide any suggestions regarding its use. 
If the game works well without it, then the problem is in the software. You can try to contact their support team for solving this issue.
