Character creation issue

Hello,

Me and a friend started playing yesterday and we both have the same (pretty annoying) bug.

When creating a character the screen is mostly dark, it really just looks like someone turned off the light in the character creation room lol which makes it impossible to see the character's model you are creating (only the outlines).

Everything is working perfectly once the char is created and we are in-game though. 

Just thought it needed to be known by the team

This is a known issue. Once you're in game, go to Settings - Graphics Settings - Engine and set Engine to "Default". This should fix character creation issue and you will be able to freely customize your character without any issues.

OR, if you want to keep high quality while creation, just change  from fullscreen to windowed fullscreen or window , it won't totally fix the dark, but at least you will see something....
