Client won't run

Hi, 

As advised I downloaded DirectX, but I still have to run the launcher sometimes 10-15 times until it start loading the n soft screen. After I press play, comes the anticheat screen and then nothing happens

Hello, 

Have you installed directx correctly? When you start the downloaded file, you only unpack it, for the installation you need to start the unpacked file. 

So, finally the game starts?

It asked me by the installation, where should I install it. I choose last time a random folder on my drive C, where my windows is. Is it correct?

Hello, this is not a problem, you can choose any folder

Do you mean directx? When you first ran the downloaded file, it asked you the path for UNPACKING. after this you must go to the folder which you provided and run .exe file. Only after that directx will be installed.

I did it works now most of the time but not always.

Hello, 

Possibly you should turn off unnecessary programs before running aion. And add the game to the white list of antimalware program and windows defender.
