Animation Issue on certain types of mounts

Hi, 

 

I recently bought from the shop a mount, The Direwolf Ghost, and unfortunately, when I use it, my character is frozen into the summoning animation, and doesn't move at all. 

I don't know if there's a way to fix this or if this issue has been adressed before( I didn't find any related topic), I tried checking game files several times, to no avail.

I join a screenshot of the animation my character's stuck in, if that's of any help.

You need to delete the folder in the following path - client\Objects\pc (you need to delete the "pc" folder). After that, you need to check the game through the launcher. The problem should be solved.
