ISSUE ON LAUNCHING GAME

Good evening, a friend convinced me to join him on your server. 

However it is impossible for me to join him because errors appear when I try to launch the game. I tried to reinstall the game (3 times) but impossible to make it work. I tried with the check button too but no errors are clearly identified.

When I press the button to launch the game, it runs and launches the NC soft page, after a moment the error Aion(x64)[1024] appears with the message Failed to initialize the game (in English) and Unable to reset the game (in French).

I'm sharing with you the screenshots of my errors and my launcher.

Is there a way to access the server?

Hello, the problem can be only in the folders bin32, bin64, l10n and the files outside the folders. Try to delete them and update the game with the disabled anti-virus. 

Also try to run game with 32bit "Game type" via launcher.
