Wrong Shop purchase

Greetings!

I purchased a wrong item from the shop: Shugo lad egg.
I had forgotten that I had purchased it before. Now I cant adopt the second pet egg, that I bought for the second time. The transaction date : 11.11.2022. 6:45 AM.

Is it possible to exchange it for a usable other?

In this case we can exhange your item.
You need to delete the item and send a screenshot.
Screenshot MUST include:
-server time
-your nickname
-chat where we can see deleted item
-elyos/asmo top players page starting from governer.

Also your character's nickname you need item on + link for another item.
