problems with Noping

I contacted Noping about the servers issue and they sent me this.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use NoPing with the Euro Aion private server at this time.
Recently, the Euro Aion server/datacenter went through several DDoS attacks and with that, the Euro Aion game administration chose to integrate an Anti-DDoS protection (StormWall) in the game/server. This DDoS protection is unfortunately blocking all connections from NoPing servers/datacenters automatically.
Our development team carried out several checks and attempts to fix the problem on our side, so that it was possible to connect to the game host without this blocking occurring. However, unfortunately, our team informed that at this moment there is nothing that can be done on our side, since the restriction and blocking of the connection originates from the anti-DDoS protection integrated into the game's host for the IPs of NoPing's servers/datacenters, thus making it impossible for NoPing to open the connection with the game client.
