Problem with Registration

Hello,

I've played EUroAion some months ago but could not remember my password.

I clicked ,,forgot my password", got a mail and changed the password.

But I can't login to the webpage with the error: ,,wrong login".

So I decided to register a new account (with a new mailadress), I went thtough the process and also got ,,wrong login".

Any solution for that?

You, I hope, enter your username, and not your email address?

Hello! 

If you cant remember your login (for the first one) please, provide the following info to our email support@euroaion.com from the email LINKED TO THE ACCOUNT:

-possible login(s)
-list of all characters on the account with their names, classes and levels;
-donation bills if there were any;
-screenshots of level 65 and under;
-date when the account was created
-date you last logged into your account.

Oh my bad.... I REALLY used the mailadress instead of the username.....
