problem with a donation

Hi, first all sry for my english, i hope u can understand me, Today 19/01/2020 at 17: 40 Spanish time, a friend (ign. Microsoftpaint) send a gift for me (ign Kottra), a pagati mount.

The gift arrived me, but when i opened the box, pagati dissapeared & now i dont have pagati & my friend lose the money of donation.

Any solution?  Ty in advance.

I confirm what he said (I am the seller). I sent him the mount with the shop, and I used the 1000 ECoin.

Items cannot just disappear, it is impossible. You have probably sold it to some NPC (there's no confirmation when you do it).

........ how i sold it to npc if i dont had time??? the iten arrive me, open the box & pagati bluff, no sell, no trade, no nothing, u can see with log.
