For now we don't have blocks for the services. You can try to contact them and provide our new IP: 185.71.66.195 (as it was changed just a couple of days ago). 
If the problem still stays, then there's nothing we can do right away. We are working on the newly installed defense system and fighting the ddos. We will try to look into the problems with VPNs.
