Crash game

Hello. I have a problem. It consists in the fact that from time to time crashes me to the desktop, whether at an instance or while doing tasks. Just crashes and that's it. It doesn't show any errors or anything. I did check the files but it didn't help. Has anyone of you already had such a problem and knows how to fix it ?? Thank you in advance for your help.

Does the problem persist?

Do you use any ping reducing programs? If you do, it probably doesn't support inter-server. In this case you will have to contact their support.
