    yes hello, following the crash on 10/07/22 the account that I created Elysian side I no longer have access to the games.
     faction: elysian
    class: gladiator

    level: 43

    I'm a new player, I created my account yesterday, I'm already level 43 and since the server crash, my account has been suspended.
    Can you unblock the problem for me please?
