    Hello,

    I did not play during more than a year so my 30 days pets with items slot disappeared with all my abyss sets on and I cant remember wich pet I bought on shop, would you help me ?

    In that way I could buy it again and take my gear back.

    I just bought in broker : <[Event] Assured Greater Felicitous Socketing Box> to have a : <Assured Greater Felicitous Socketing (Fabled)> becaus they say :

    Contains Assured Greater Felicitous Socketing Supplements for enchanting Fabled weapons of 65 or lower.
    Double-click to open.

    and there is a problem, I received a <Assured Greater Felicitous Socketing (Mythic)> :| I guess it is a bug ingame so is it possible to fix it and change to the right Item I bought for please :(

    Hello dear Support,

    I want to ask you a favor because I tried to send a gift by shop to a friend and I accidently typed the wrong name because it was a complecate name.

    It was to a name character like " Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" and I typed one more "x" and then the gift was sent to no one player but it was valided by the shop and I lost 100 ecoins.

    Can you please give me the 100 ecoins back ? I know it is my mistake but I want to ask you this favor :$.
