  1. The Steel Rake unlock quest will not trigger. I got the "Suspicious Shugo" quest and completed it, but the follow up did not unlock. I'm level 41, so it should be accessible.wiki link to quest. In-game name is Rassy
  2. Signed in today and now the quest "Price of Good Will" is available. Issue resolved itself again after the daily reset.
  3. Read my OP... I finished the Suspicious Shugo quest. The next quest, "Price of Good Will" which is what takes you to SR, does not show up after completion of Suspicious Shugo
