Trying to make a new account, getting the message for invalid login, how do I make a new account?

My game wont start at all, when i open the launcher and press "Play" or "Check" the launcher shuts down without any error and nothing happens. the game isn't running in the background or anything.

Quick question about GP contribution, I was in a siege defending Pradeth and attacking Silona while I had the Value Boost pack and AP Boost active! We have successfully defended Pradeth and most of the people I was in alliance with got 200 GP from contribution and I got 100, and on Silona ppl got from 100-200 while I got 50. Now I know I have to kill the NPCs as well as the opposing faction which is exactly what I did, yet some people from my alliance got twice as much even though AP is distributed evenly most of the times and I know I was very active in killing both NPC's and PC's. Is there something I am missing as contribution scaling has always been a big question mark for me.

Badly thought out event, already strong Elyos have the upper hand and of course take the Chocolate Tower without any close chances for Asmos. People don't care about alliance and the true greedy human nature is in its perfect surroundings in this battleground. Most 5-star officers, Generals and Great Generals who enter in this Battleground have no need for a few tempering solutions and other valuable rewards as they already have everything they need which makes taking the Chocolate tower impossible.

Im playing AT lvl 43 atm and while in Beluslan i've noticed that my friends who are roughly the same level as I am have like 12 Campaign Beluslan Quests while I got 5 in total, plus I don't get to have the Easy Mark title, what's up with that? Is it because my class is Aethertech or what exactly? I can't think of any other logical solution.

Mission's name is "The Secret of Adma Stronghold". When I talk to the NPC "Sahnu" she should give me the next task to kill some mobs but after talking to her, the mission wont progress to the next objective, therefore I cannot finish the mission.
