    Hi, i have a problem with the Launcher it says Launch error, please, close all games! 3 when i click on Play here is everything i did> ps: and i already read almost every post about the same issue also i use Parallels Desktop 16 on a MacBook Pro M1 but i don't think that's a problem cause i can launch AION EU
