  1. hello mates, im looking for a detailed guide on how to farm efficently cernium medals, can u share ur tips/strategies? i remember aside fron sieges/instances there were also mitril medal exchange and even crafting for ceranium medals, what are the "worth it" ways to get them? tyvm
