What exactly you think they need to prepare? The server was not damaged. All the systems are in place and just need to be booted up, so realisticly it does not need to take much longer than a normal maintence (about an hour) after the server is up again. Of course they might have planed an event or some form of "compensation" for down time which could take time to implement. But hopefully they will just open the server up while they work on this event and implement it when it's ready and make an extra server maintence.

So you had a backup server/s at the same location as the original server?... Usually a backup server should be in a completely different area in case of something like this or a sudden shut down of the company or any incident really. Storing your server and the backup in the same location... That just seem cheap and wrong.

How is the ping on your computer? In game if you do /ping is it different between your computer? Are both computers connected by cable or wifi? Does either of computer have Leatrix fix? Have you tried updating the network adapters drivers on her pc? Have you tried something like ExitLag to see if it change any? Ran anti malware and other programs to make sure there's no malicious softwares? Checked with NetLimiter or a program alike to see if she have any service connecting to internet? Her ping seem to be unusally high which looks like it might be a problem on her side. The way you describe the issue is common for high ping problems, so nothing unusual with how it behave.

Hello! I'm wondering if the prestige badge (100% drop boost), is account wide or only on that character? The fact that it's an item in the inventory make me think it's only a boost for that character specfiicly? Thanks in advance!
