    So I know this will sound a bit weird but as I like housing a lot I passed several times near the palaces in Pernon and I saw them always closed and no owners label. I guess the person who owns them simply chose to be anonymous or are they bugged? Never seen such closed properties in Pernon so just curious

    I tried also with method 1 and says "error on the side of the issuing bank"..not sure what is this as I used this card in multitude of online - shops without problems.
