Sorry - It's working now - for some reason - it did not work on my PC browser before - I just did it on mobile and it is working fine - thanks admin !

Dear Support, I just started playing with my brother - We are experiencing lagging and ping not stable. When using /ping - I get 197ms, then not stable with the jump up to 250ms or 350ms. We are from Asia. We are both using Wtfast - Can I know where is this server located? Is it Paris? Please help,

I seem to have fixed this instability by changing to different wtfast server. the ping is stable with Strasbourg, France 16 server in wtfast network. I posted this in case anyone else has the same issue like me. Cheers,
