I am not sure about use for International, but as a former ebay seller/buyer I remember Skrill as a payment option. Used it in a few games a decade ago lol. Never had any security issues when I did use it.

I do not know what it was like on the EU servers, never played on them. Faction balance on NA servers was always a problem. At one point, not sure which patch maybe 3.0 they gave a full set of level 50E pvp gear to any asmo reaching level 51. It still did not make much of a difference. So I am not sure if any incentives will work. Always thought the tail/mane, claw feet and hands turned off some people and that was later removed with 5.0 I believe with the option of not having the tail. Seems like a lot just seem to gravitate to the ely side, it's prettier to the mind I guess. Personally I like the asmodian maps. A good leader would definitely help a lot, and if you get one don't shred him/her if the fort is lost. If I remember this event correctly from NA retail, the ice picks were an extremely rare drop. They did however sell the ice picks in the store/shop. I didn't buy any at that time, and also may have gotten maybe 1-2 from drops. Think that was when NCwest started the ptw mode, or shortly before that.

Quest can be shared if another player has it. I was lucky enough to find a very nice person that shared it with me.

Well today it worked and accepted my card, not sure what the difference is but seems at some times it won't go through. Unitpay or whatever glitch.

Unitpay does not accept my cards from US, and using the method 2 universal card says card is not same country. I have used the card there before. Not saying it is anyone's fault but it is extremely difficult to donate anything at this point. Paypal is probably the best and most popular method, not sure what their problem is with this. Something has changed on the whole setup. "Card country does not match payment Country" have tried them all.

Same problem with exitlag just started today. I switched servers from Strasbourg to Frankfurt and it is working again, not sure for how long. Ping is about the same from the two different servers.

The problem is not solved. I was on and had to log off this morning. When trying to get back in anti cheat would stop unless I turned off my ping reducer, which it did not do before this. I switched to VPN through Paris or Frankfurt and both do the same. First load it says cannot connect to server and on retry it say I am already logged in. This is a continuous cycle. As for my connection, I can log into Destiny 3.5 or Destiny 2.5 (only other private servers I have downloaded). I can also get into BDO just fine. Still a problem somewhere.

Same, shows 879 online but launcher says can't connect to server. Not my connection as I can get into Destiny 3.5 just fine.
