  1. Greater Stigma slot issue

    Hello, i'm stuck with the last greater stigma slot. I did some of the quests that unlocks the greater stigma slot but im missing one last slot and i can't find the quest.Is not the one in Sarpan i did that . If someone can tell me ALL the NPC names/quest or locations that unlocks greater stigma slot so i can review and find the one im missing i would really appreciate !
