This is like such an absolutely stupid idea. The players who need the rewards the most, aka the players who didnt play last year, most likely won't have alot of lvl 50 toon unlike those players who play for years and have alot of lvl 65 alts. In the end the endgear players would benefit from it and the cycle repeats with the difference that you lock out fresh players due to higher requirements. The issue is the amount of snowflakes that you get and not the level. @TheAlmighty please don't consider it, thanks.

So it says to download the game client but where do I get the 4.6 files? do they download when I update the client? 2nd question would be if I did something wrong. I clicked on "update" it told me "connecting to server" for some minutes currently it's at "checking game" with 0.00 GB from 35.96GB since 20 minutes but nothing happens. is there something that I could do?
