Whats wrong with this server why does it lags so much, almost unplayable

 

[Heart of Wrath Boss]

Hello, siege boss in heart of wrath is sometimes invisible, cant target him, target´s target doesnt work also, happened to me 5 times already, i tried check files only so far

[Character creation]

when i quickly make new char (5-10sec) everthing is ok but when i try customize a bit (3-4min) and press create nothing is happening and after i press it 3-4 times i get disconnect, tried 4 times always the same..

Hello, i cant verify my account when i click on email you send me i get ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR i tried over 10 possible solution i found on the internet and nothing helped
