Ну ОС переустанавливать довольно быстро особенно если есть SSD)
На форумах другого сервера я нашел что проблема может быть в файлах с разширением .manifest, их можно открыть блокнотом и проверить версию, и так же за какой файл они отвечают, но я проверил такое "решение" на вашей сборке и версии файлов не совпадает, но у меня никакой проблемы нету, так что не знаю...
Говорили что это у всех все решает...Пример:

You used the torrent file to download the game right? In the launcher options did you select the correct path for the game?
It should show that it has an update and it should check some files, and it will be stuck saying "Preparing for download" but it will download it after 10 minutes or so.. But it shouldn't redownload the whole thing... Make sure you add the aion folder to anti-virus exceptions list.

Окей, создай персонажа с рандомным именем, зайди в игру и поменяй в настройках игры Движок с Улучшенного на Стандартный/Простой.
Перезапусти игру, все должно быть хорошо. -
Я лично решил эту проблему удаляя system.cfg и SystemOptionGraphics.cfg!
Хотя нет, не вышло, проблема вновь появилась...

Seeing the stance on custom events/feature additions to the game i don't think that would happen anyways, seriously doubt the admins would add such a thing, sadly.

Погуглил, эту проблему люди решили удаляя microsoft visual c++ с компютера и чисти реестра (можно сделать с CCleaner)
Перезагрузки компютера и заного скачать эти библиотеки. -
Okay but what difference does it make if it's last minute or not? Did people pay to play on this server or something? Nothing was invested and nothing was lost, the information about the fact that shop prices are not final were announced long ago.
Besides, those amulet prices are still chump change, for any country.

If you want unlocked FPS can't you simply edit the system.cfg file in Aion folder and add G_maxfps = "0"?

I think you could abuse that system in world PvP couldn't you? Quick duel your friends to reset CD's. I know the system isn't meant for that, but it can be abused.

Yeah, use the torrent. Good speeds there.
Many are downloading right now however so there are more people downloading than seeding, so the speeds are still not ideal, people leave the torrent when they're done.
I'll try to seed it once i'm done myself. (Currently i seeded more than i have downloaded lol!)

Удали system.cfg в папке игры, и запускай не обновляя если попросит.
А еще переустанови драйвера видеокарты, 1023 смязана с ними. А точнее родные драйвера твоей видеокарты.
