Have a good connexion internet, but DL is slow.

Also, My partner, who has a less good internet connexion than me, can DL the game in 1h. He has a better DL/sec than me for some reason. I don't really know what to do to solve the problem, since i don't really know where it can come from. Thanks -
Hello, I have a good internet connexion, but when i DL the game through the client, it says it will take 20h. Any ways to have a decent DL time ? Thanks for help. Lyuev
