Dear Admin, I would like to report a situation that I believe is negatively affecting the balance of the game. I would like to report the player Isoul from the Elyos faction. He appears to be logging in to multiple Asmodian accounts at the same time and using those Asmodian characters to protect his Elyos character while farming under ID throughout the day. Some of the Asmodian accounts involved include Asix, Tomen, and possibly others. This behavior makes it very difficult for new or casual players like us to farm and obtain the resources needed to upgrade our equipment. Because he is able to farm almost continuously while being protected by characters from the opposing faction, other players have little or no opportunity to access the area and compete fairly, especially those of us who only have a limited amount of time to play each day. In addition, his Elyos character rarely appears to participate in normal game activities such as PvP, PvE events, or other community content. From what many players can observe, the character seems to spend most of its time farming resources. This creates the impression that the purpose is primarily to accumulate resources and generate large amounts of Kinah for trading rather than actively participating in the game as intended. I kindly ask the administration team to investigate this matter, including the use of multiple accounts across both factions and any potential violations related to resource farming or Kinah trading. If any rule violations are confirmed, I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure a fair environment for all players. Thank you for your time and attention. Best regards,
