  1. Hello. I just read the entire suggestion and the subsequent responses from other users. The first thing to note about the responses is that all the users focused on the suggestion and the message the OP wrote, and gave their opinions in accordance with what was written, except for this user, Lorisen, who, as the OP pointed out, from the very first messages only sought to belittle the suggestion and clearly provoke and humiliate the OP with that clear pattern of sarcasm and specific pronouns used against him. I believe that you can always have a different opinion; you can disagree with someone, but expressing an opinion on something is always acceptable if it is done respectfully and appropriately. And in general, I quite agree with the OP's opinion that we shouldn't give him more attention than he deserves. Regarding the suggestion itself, after playing on this server for at least five years, having met hundreds of thousands of different players, and also based on my own experience, I can't disagree with any of the points suggested. One of the factors that most influences a player's longevity in an MMORPG or any game is the feeling of progress, of evolution, of advancement, you know, that feeling when you finally obtain something through your consistency and effort, and you mentally say: YES, I DID IT! That effect is like a drug; it's an addiction you simply can't escape. On this server, due to the extremely harsh and extreme RNG, many players, after many months or even years of trying to obtain a weapon, an accessory, or a piece of armor from one of the PvE instances, feel completely blocked and unable to make meaningful progress despite their consistency. Even if they are consistent, active, and run most of the endgame PvE instances daily, they achieve absolutely nothing, they don't advance at all, so their motivation to stay gradually diminishes until they quit the game. Personally, I've seen hundreds of cases like this. I myself was on the verge of giving up and quitting the game after more than a year of farming and grinding like crazy and never getting any useful item. I firmly believe that an implementation like this would result in a much more balanced server in terms of the gap between new and veteran players, a generally more active server, and much more satisfying and challenging endgame content for everyone.
