  1. Server recovery in progress

You mentioned: “Once we get access, we’ll face a huge amount of manual work to rebuild the entire environment from scratch.” Could you clarify how big that workload really is — are we talking about days, weeks, or more? As far as I understand, the server has been running for about 5 years, which is roughly the average lifespan of a private server. Just a thought — something tells me that the manual restoration might take so long that you may decide to wipe and relaunch the server from scratch. How accurate do you think my guess is?
  2. Server recovery in progress

When you say the server won’t be coming back online “in the near future,” could you please clarify what kind of timeframe we’re talking about? Are we looking at a matter of days, weeks, or potentially longer? Just trying to understand what to expect.
  3. [Important] Maintenance 05.06.2025 15:00 am

Thank you for your reply! I appreciate the update and hope you're indeed part of the official Administration team. Just mentioning this out of caution — according to Rule 8: To misrepresent themselves as the Administration (including Technical Support, GMs and Moderators), or as their representatives. Punishment: Permanent ban of all player’s accounts and of all those giving him/her their accounts in terms of their possible engagement. Of course, we all just want to stay on the safe side and make sure communication stays clear and official. Looking forward to further updates when you have the time. Best regards!
  4. [Important] Maintenance 05.06.2025 15:00 am

Hello! You mentioned that the maintenance would first involve hardware replacement, followed by software installation and configuration. Could you please let us know if the hardware replacement has already been completed, and whether the software setup has started? We’re all curious about the current stage of the process and when we might expect the server to be back online. Thank you in advance!
  5. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Good day. June 2nd — the bot is still active, and no action has been taken. Reminder: it’s important to take action not only against the bot character itself, but also against all crafters involved in this unfair kinah farming scheme — and potentially real-money trading. The latter would most reasonably explain the persistent and intensive bot activity
  6. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

I haven’t been on this server for very long — just a few months — but it’s already hard to shake the impression that it’s absolutely infested with bots. Feel free to prove me wrong. Here’s yet another video featuring a bot that was already reported earlier. Both of today’s recordings were taken during the day, and they show some of the most blatant cases. But I encourage you to log in late at night — the server is overflowing with them then.
  7. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Dear Administration, Unfortunately, I must point out once again that aside from repeated promises, no real action has been taken to address the botting problem on the server. Let me remind you: bots are actively farming Ether 24/7 without any interference. Is it really that difficult to ban a character who has been repeatedly featured in video evidence and continues to farm around the clock with no pause? I logged in again today — and, as expected, the same bot is still there, farming non-stop. I recorded yet another video: What more do you need to finally act? A special donation? Or are the bot owners paying you to let them operate so freely? This is starting to look seriously questionable — and it raises concerns that are difficult to ignore. P.S. If this situation continues to be ignored, I’ll have no choice but to look for ways to contact the server owner directly. At this point, I genuinely don’t know how else to escalate the issue and make sure it receives the attention it deserves.
  8. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Hello again, I’d like to once more draw your attention to the ongoing botting situation. These bots are still farming aether 24/7 without pause. Despite previous promises and assurances that the matter is being worked on, there’s been no visible action from the administration so far. With each passing day, it increasingly feels like the issue is either being ignored or endlessly postponed. But let’s not talk just about their presence — let’s talk about the consequences. How much aether do you think these accounts have farmed over the past months? Tens of millions? Hundreds? This directly affects the in-game economy: the market is oversaturated, prices are crashing, and honest players are losing motivation to gather materials or craft, simply because it’s impossible to compete with bots that run 24/7. This should be concerning — especially if maintaining a healthy and active community is a priority. I urge you to go beyond words. The server needs real, concrete action. Otherwise, it starts to look like bots are more welcome here than actual players. And if it’s not too much to ask — please finally ban that specific bot already. Why do I have to invest so much time and effort for nothing to actually happen?
  9. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Thank you for the reply. I understand that you’re working on a long-term solution, and I truly appreciate that. But I hope you also understand that these bots are farming 24/7 in absurd amounts every single day. Why not ban them temporarily right now to at least stop the immediate damage, while you continue developing a broader strategy? Also — why not go with a hardware ban? What’s stopping that kind of action? It could significantly slow them down and send a clear message that repeated abuse won’t be tolerated. Unfortunately, it’s all still just promises at this point. I’m eagerly awaiting some real action
  10. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Dear support team and administrators, I hadn’t even finished writing my last post when I got curious — what if I go and check right now whether the bots are still around? You know, just to take on a part of the job that should really be handled by moderators. And, unsurprisingly — the bot is still farming! Here’s the video: I guess there’s no point expecting a quick solution at this stage. But at least let me ask — are these videos actually helping you or the server in any way? Or have I just become a nuisance to you by now?
  11. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Thanks for the warning. But that’s exactly why I keep reporting. If this situation keeps being ignored, it just sends the message that botting is tolerated here. In the end, it’s the regular players who suffer. It ruins the economy, makes effort feel pointless, and slowly kills motivation to keep playing. Also, I’ve seen in earlier forum threads about bots that players raised similar concerns, and the investigation dragged on for a long time. Eventually, the response was that no botting was detected. Only after the player insisted and pushed for a second review, the bot was finally banned. Now, not much time has passed — and yet, a player with a very similar nickname is once again involved in botting. Along with him, several other suspicious names are now active as well. This clearly shows two things: How easy it is for bots to operate here. Under the current conditions, they’re thriving. How much effort is required from regular players just to convince the administration to take the problem seriously. And in the end, we’re left with the same cycle: the botter creates a new character, and the whole thing repeats again. Now just compare how little time it takes for the bot to get back in the game — versus how much time and persistence it takes to get them banned again. Can this really be considered a fair situation?
  12. If a character is level 65 and the dungeon is available starting from level 56, will there still be item drops for the level 65 character?
  13. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Dear support, hello again. I’m still waiting for a response to my previous message, and in the meantime I’m sharing a new video with yet another example of how bots continue to thrive on the server without timely bans. Once again, I strongly ask you to consider banning them by hardware. I’m convinced the bot owners are taking full advantage of the current lack of strict enforcement. I trust that allowing this situation to go unchecked is not your intention.
  14. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Dear support, It's been nearly a week since my initial report, and I’d like to ask if there’s any update regarding the investigation of the bots. By the way, I’ve just recorded another video showing one of the same characters from my previous reports using bots again.
  15. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Also, I had another idea that might help with the investigation. There are some very suspicious patterns when it comes to crafting — especially in alchemy. I’ve noticed characters that seem to be crafting almost 24/7 without breaks. This feels highly unnatural. Maybe there’s a way to track their accounts and see if they’re connected to the same ones involved in large-scale aether transfers. It could be part of a bigger botting operation.
  16. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Good day! I have a new video showing the same person botting again. Maybe it can help as additional evidence.
  17. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Update – the same bot still active Just today, I recorded yet another video featuring the same bot that was already shown in my previous videos. That character, like the others I’ve mentioned, is still not banned, despite multiple clear reports and video evidence. This is extremely disappointing. How many times does the same bot have to be reported before action is taken? Every day of delay makes the situation worse — not only for the server’s economy but also for the community’s trust. I’m asking again: when will these bots finally be banned? And most importantly — will you consider HWID bans to stop this cycle?
  18. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

That’s exactly why hardware (HWID) bans are so important. When only the account or character gets banned, it means nothing to the bot owner — they just create a new one, level it to 50 in a couple of days, and continue as if nothing happened. It becomes an endless cycle. A hardware ban would not only slow them down, but also send a clear message to others. Right now, the situation shows that botters are not afraid of being banned — they know they can just come back quickly. That needs to change, especially considering how long it actually takes for reports to be reviewed in practice.
  19. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Hello again, I’ve just recorded and uploaded two more videos. One shows a new bot, while the second features the same bots that already appeared in my previous reports. It’s honestly quite strange that the server still hasn’t taken any visible action. Failing to ban bots in a timely manner — and allowing them to continue farming — damages the server’s reputation and raises questions about how seriously these reports are being treated. At this point, I need a clear and specific answer: when will these bots be banned? If necessary, I will consider reaching out directly to the developers or server owner, because the current lack of action is unacceptable. I’m expecting concrete steps, not vague replies.
  20. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Hello, thank you for your response. I understand that there are many cases to handle, but may I ask if it’s possible to follow up through additional feedback or by creating a ticket on Discord to potentially speed up the review process? I’m asking because there’s a concern that some rule violators might take advantage of the delayed reaction time. As for joining the testing team — it definitely sounds interesting, but I may have limited free time. However, if I can still be helpful to the server, I’d be happy to continue recording videos whenever I come across potential bugs or suspicious behavior (such as rule violations or bots). For example, I can keep reporting bot-related activity with video evidence. Thank you again for your time and dedication.
  21. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Good day, I’m following up on my previous message regarding the suspicious in-game behavior I reported. I understand that handling such issues may take time, but I’d truly appreciate any update on the situation when possible. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
  22. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Good day, Thank you for your response and for taking the matter seriously. If I may kindly ask — would it be possible to find out when these actions are expected to be taken? I haven’t seen these particular players among the banned list yet, so I’d really appreciate it if you could notify me once any measures have been applied. Thank you again for your time and efforts in keeping the server fair for everyone.
  23. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Hello, I’ve uploaded several videos to YouTube that clearly show suspicious in-game behavior strongly resembling bots. I kindly ask the administration to review these videos and confirm that what’s shown are indeed bots. In my opinion, the evidence is undeniable. YouTube links: Additionally, based on conversations with other players, it seems that although some of these characters do get banned from time to time, it's very easy for the people behind them to quickly level up a new character to level 50 and continue botting. Because of this, I strongly suggest considering bans based on hardware ID (HWID), not just the account. This would help prevent them from returning so easily and would go a long way in keeping the server clean. Thank you for your attention and I hope this issue will be addressed.
  24. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Just to confirm, would a video recording of the bot behavior be sufficient for the report? For example, I've noticed that these bots try to collect my Aether and then 'freeze' in place for a while after the Aether source is already gathered. This happens repeatedly, and they seem to not notice that I'm already gathering the same Aether. I’ll try to record video evidence of this specific situation, as leveling up a character from another faction takes too long.
