  1. Race Populations

Imagine you’re an Asmo, fully geared in Blood Marks +1, doing a quest with your buddy. Suddenly, here comes a fully decked-out Elyos — and not just that, they’ve got their PvP buff on. Taking down a guy like that? Now that’s a real challenge. Almost like fighting a Dark Souls boss. In that case, a 2x online advantage for Elyos? Totally justified! That’s just how we live.
  2. Race Populations

As an Asmo, I’d like to officially apologize for our soldiers patrolling every bush and rock around the garrisons. We didn’t mean to interfere with your quests — we just assumed you were a gifted and experienced warrior, capable of taking down a whole crowd on your own. Also, we kind of feed on Elyos tears, so… you understand, we couldn’t miss the opportunity 😂 Jokes aside, I wouldn’t say it’s all one-sided — Elyos give us Asmos plenty of trouble too sometimes. Especially those who are already fully geared and just looking for some fun. Objectively, yes — Elyos do have lower online numbers. But let others worry about that. As for you — come join us on the dark side... At the very least, it’s fun here. And rumor has it — we’ve got cookies 😈
  3. Race Populations

Hi. If I'm not mistaken, the Elyos race always has a 10% buff due to low influence. This gives them a decent advantage in PvP, even for poorly geared players. Also, capturing forts doesn't require many players. You just need to find a couple of people who want to do the weekly quests. Sometimes players even complete them solo — it depends more on experience than on gear.
  4. Hi team, I’ve noticed suspicious behavior from certain characters who seem to be farming Aether in the same area for hours without reacting to nearby players or changing their routine. Based on their movement and lack of interaction, I strongly suspect they might be bots. Before jumping to conclusions, I wanted to ask: What kind of evidence do you need to investigate such cases? Is a video recording of their behavior helpful? Are there any in-game tools or commands I can use to help identify or report potential bots? Do moderators monitor such activity in real time? I’d really appreciate any guidance you can give. I enjoy the game and would love to help keep it fair for everyone. Thanks in advance!
  5. Hi im new in the server!

I literally posted just yesterday — maybe you should check in here more often. I can even start taking screenshots just for you, so you don’t jump to empty conclusions. Now, about voting — sure, it's nice that voting technically exists. But the real question is: do you actually get Ecoins for it? I’m pretty sure you don’t, and your laughing kind of confirms it. So what’s the point of voting then? Exactly — none. As for your advice to “not mumble” — right back at you!
  6. Hi im new in the server!

What particularly bothers me is the tolerance towards bots. At least that's the conclusion I draw from my topic that hasn't been addressed for almost a month, despite plenty of video evidence that's hard to argue with. By the way, even mentioning this in other topics gets deleted by moderators without explanation. This last factor (bots) really breaks the game's economy since they farm 24/7 and most likely withdraw money to real life. Otherwise, the server is generally not bad. The only thing I'd like is for free voting to be returned.
  7. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Dear Administration and Support Team, I am extremely disappointed with the way this is being handled. This server is initially positioned as a project of “ideal quality.” But what exactly do you mean by “quality”? Isn’t fighting bots, cheaters, and unfair gameplay supposed to be a core part of that? What I see in reality: there is no sign that my topic is being taken seriously. It feels like only generic replies are given, just to create an illusion of action. Any valid criticism gets removed, and messages sent to admins via private messages or the feedback form remain unanswered. The issue is simply being ignored and silenced. So the question is — are you fighting the bots, or the honest reaction of players pointing out the problem? If you truly care about the quality and reputation of this server, now is the time to prove it through actions, not just words.
  8. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Good Day, Kindly reminding you — the server barely restarted, and the bot owners are already back to farming aether. In my opinion, the evidence already gathered is more than enough to take full action and punish the bots. If moderators or GMs are not involved in these schemes, then all that’s needed is the will and some dedicated time to deal with it seriously. I truly hope this topic won’t follow the same path as the previous case, where a player was first promised an investigation, only to be told later that nothing was found — and only thanks to their persistence was the bot eventually punished. I’ve already mentioned that case earlier, and now I hope my own persistence will also be enough to see this matter resolved. Please let me know once there are any updates on this issue.
  9. Server recovery in progress

    Great news! Thanks
  10. I actually saw some very active players in the English thread — and credit to them, they reached out to Introserv and managed to get some useful info out of it. Everyone is just trying to understand what’s really going on and how soon the situation might improve. It’s nice to see people from different parts of the community getting involved and helping each other piece things together.
  11. Server recovery in progress

Oh wow, your calm and optimism are truly inspiring 😄 At this point, I’d personally be thrilled just to log back into my character someday — anything beyond that would already feel like a miracle!
  12. Server recovery in progress

So basically, we’re just being asked to vent our frustration (within reasonable limits), but unfortunately, that won’t bring us any closer to understanding the real situation — specifically, when they’ll hand over the server so the next stage, restoring from backup, can begin.
  13. Server recovery in progress

So, since you’re directing us to https://introserv.com/, can we actually contact them to ask when they will finally grant you access to the server? Is it useful to push them on this matter, or is it more about just expressing frustration without expecting a concrete response? In other words, if we do reach out, can we demand something specific from them, or will it be just venting?
  14. Server recovery in progress

Thanks for confirming that all character data at the time of shutdown is safe. Just to clarify — do you mean that a backup was made right before the server was taken offline for the hardware replacement? Or was it an automatic daily backup that just happened to be recent? Just curious how up-to-date the saved data is. Thanks a lot!
  15. Server recovery in progress

You mentioned: “Once we get access, we’ll face a huge amount of manual work to rebuild the entire environment from scratch.” Could you clarify how big that workload really is — are we talking about days, weeks, or more? As far as I understand, the server has been running for about 5 years, which is roughly the average lifespan of a private server. Just a thought — something tells me that the manual restoration might take so long that you may decide to wipe and relaunch the server from scratch. How accurate do you think my guess is?
  16. Server recovery in progress

When you say the server won’t be coming back online “in the near future,” could you please clarify what kind of timeframe we’re talking about? Are we looking at a matter of days, weeks, or potentially longer? Just trying to understand what to expect.
  17. [Important] Maintenance 05.06.2025 15:00 am

Thank you for your reply! I appreciate the update and hope you're indeed part of the official Administration team. Just mentioning this out of caution — according to Rule 8: To misrepresent themselves as the Administration (including Technical Support, GMs and Moderators), or as their representatives. Punishment: Permanent ban of all player’s accounts and of all those giving him/her their accounts in terms of their possible engagement. Of course, we all just want to stay on the safe side and make sure communication stays clear and official. Looking forward to further updates when you have the time. Best regards!
  18. [Important] Maintenance 05.06.2025 15:00 am

Hello! You mentioned that the maintenance would first involve hardware replacement, followed by software installation and configuration. Could you please let us know if the hardware replacement has already been completed, and whether the software setup has started? We’re all curious about the current stage of the process and when we might expect the server to be back online. Thank you in advance!
  19. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Good day. June 2nd — the bot is still active, and no action has been taken. Reminder: it’s important to take action not only against the bot character itself, but also against all crafters involved in this unfair kinah farming scheme — and potentially real-money trading. The latter would most reasonably explain the persistent and intensive bot activity
  20. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

I haven’t been on this server for very long — just a few months — but it’s already hard to shake the impression that it’s absolutely infested with bots. Feel free to prove me wrong. Here’s yet another video featuring a bot that was already reported earlier. Both of today’s recordings were taken during the day, and they show some of the most blatant cases. But I encourage you to log in late at night — the server is overflowing with them then.
  21. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Dear Administration, Unfortunately, I must point out once again that aside from repeated promises, no real action has been taken to address the botting problem on the server. Let me remind you: bots are actively farming Ether 24/7 without any interference. Is it really that difficult to ban a character who has been repeatedly featured in video evidence and continues to farm around the clock with no pause? I logged in again today — and, as expected, the same bot is still there, farming non-stop. I recorded yet another video: What more do you need to finally act? A special donation? Or are the bot owners paying you to let them operate so freely? This is starting to look seriously questionable — and it raises concerns that are difficult to ignore. P.S. If this situation continues to be ignored, I’ll have no choice but to look for ways to contact the server owner directly. At this point, I genuinely don’t know how else to escalate the issue and make sure it receives the attention it deserves.
  22. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Hello again, I’d like to once more draw your attention to the ongoing botting situation. These bots are still farming aether 24/7 without pause. Despite previous promises and assurances that the matter is being worked on, there’s been no visible action from the administration so far. With each passing day, it increasingly feels like the issue is either being ignored or endlessly postponed. But let’s not talk just about their presence — let’s talk about the consequences. How much aether do you think these accounts have farmed over the past months? Tens of millions? Hundreds? This directly affects the in-game economy: the market is oversaturated, prices are crashing, and honest players are losing motivation to gather materials or craft, simply because it’s impossible to compete with bots that run 24/7. This should be concerning — especially if maintaining a healthy and active community is a priority. I urge you to go beyond words. The server needs real, concrete action. Otherwise, it starts to look like bots are more welcome here than actual players. And if it’s not too much to ask — please finally ban that specific bot already. Why do I have to invest so much time and effort for nothing to actually happen?
  23. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Thank you for the reply. I understand that you’re working on a long-term solution, and I truly appreciate that. But I hope you also understand that these bots are farming 24/7 in absurd amounts every single day. Why not ban them temporarily right now to at least stop the immediate damage, while you continue developing a broader strategy? Also — why not go with a hardware ban? What’s stopping that kind of action? It could significantly slow them down and send a clear message that repeated abuse won’t be tolerated. Unfortunately, it’s all still just promises at this point. I’m eagerly awaiting some real action
  24. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Dear support team and administrators, I hadn’t even finished writing my last post when I got curious — what if I go and check right now whether the bots are still around? You know, just to take on a part of the job that should really be handled by moderators. And, unsurprisingly — the bot is still farming! Here’s the video: I guess there’s no point expecting a quick solution at this stage. But at least let me ask — are these videos actually helping you or the server in any way? Or have I just become a nuisance to you by now?
  25. Possible Aether Farming Bots – How to Report?

Thanks for the warning. But that’s exactly why I keep reporting. If this situation keeps being ignored, it just sends the message that botting is tolerated here. In the end, it’s the regular players who suffer. It ruins the economy, makes effort feel pointless, and slowly kills motivation to keep playing. Also, I’ve seen in earlier forum threads about bots that players raised similar concerns, and the investigation dragged on for a long time. Eventually, the response was that no botting was detected. Only after the player insisted and pushed for a second review, the bot was finally banned. Now, not much time has passed — and yet, a player with a very similar nickname is once again involved in botting. Along with him, several other suspicious names are now active as well. This clearly shows two things: How easy it is for bots to operate here. Under the current conditions, they’re thriving. How much effort is required from regular players just to convince the administration to take the problem seriously. And in the end, we’re left with the same cycle: the botter creates a new character, and the whole thing repeats again. Now just compare how little time it takes for the bot to get back in the game — versus how much time and persistence it takes to get them banned again. Can this really be considered a fair situation?
