Lately you see a lot of people afk or who try to do the minimum to get points in different activities and this maintain their ranks. This affects the gameplay of new players making the in-game experience quite miserable. My suggestion is that from time to time the ranks of officers, generals and others be reset so that they can get involved again and fight to maintain their rank while giving new members the opportunity to access them. If I go down in rank I can't wear my officer gear, well, that's a good incentive for you to play and get more involved with your faction. These types of changes were implemented at the time on the official server, making everything more dynamic.
