i think so too, the rates needs to get up a little bit its not like i want to be on the top in one day or something its just not fun if you dont have some guys to go in a low instance with or have fun together all the players who beginn a new are most likely players who have already one max char and can speed it up for themself they dont have to be high but maybe 5x exp
