That would be mean , the items who need this materials are never able to be craftet not for asmos eigther elyos. on the database it says NPC's Heriel and Eriams could sell them. but i see your point, i will trow the materials i already did buy away there is no point to wait for something never happen's, just to give you a idea on the ingi raid we can be happy when we are 36ppl to get one fortress just in time. the last raids we where 18 to 24 ppl.

When you dont open the possibility (my posting to this Problem Here) to buy them from the NPC. Can you add them to the Shop even for free when you wish, this matts are needed for crafting and the amounts needed are impossible to get for Asmos and Elyos Carved White Master Fragment - [item: 169405033] Carved Green White Master Fragment - [item: 169405034] Carved Red White Master Fragment - [item: 169405031] Carved Blue White Master Fragment - [item: 169405032] This items have to be purchased in the Fortress on Elyos and Asmo side, as long the sell is not activatet for follow NPC Heriel and Eriams

There are crafting materials who are sold by the "Speciel Ordenance Marchant" in Ingision and Gelkmaros. The Only Problem is to get them one or the otherside would need to get all fortress in Ingo and Gelk. with the actuel Server population and the players lvl + the low interest to do it. this items are impossible to get.
