The wait time for this kind of instance should be no more than 5 minutes. If there's no opponent after the wait time, it should be an auto-win. Not all players have the time to waste and some of us are working individuals. This kind of waiting time discourages players from playing and supporting the server. 45 minutes of waiting is just ridiculous!

Ever since the auto-in update, it takes forever to get into EOB and Kamar if you are playing solo. It takes at least 30 minutes to pop and if it pops, the group will be filled with AFK players. This is a waste of time.

The AP that I got can be taken back, I just want my ring.

Well then that's just inconvenient. If the item description in shop is clear then I wouldn't have used it. If it says something like "It will extract 35% of the AP spent and will destroy the item" then I wouldn't make that mistake. I spent days farming that AP and cera and now it's gone. This action just discouraged me to make anymore donation to this server. Thank you!

Hi, There's no enhancement on the ring. My nickname is Coffeehon. The extraction tool from shop didn't say that the accessory will be destroyed if I use them, so I thought it will not destroy it. Please help.

I accidentally extracted an AP ring (Custodian Magic Ring) and I'm wondering if that can be restored. I bought the extraction tool from the website and thought it would simply return 35% of my AP without destroying the ring. I was shocked that the ring got destroyed after I used the extraction tool. I played long hours just to farm the AP and ceranium medal and it would be really nice if the ring can be restored. Can somebody point me to where can I raise this concern? Thank you.

Hi all, I recently got a Bastion Aggressor Firm Orb and I am wondering if it is good for PVP. If yes, can I fuse it with a 2-star officer weapon? An what should be at the top, the bastion weapon or the 2-star? Also, would I lose the augment of the 2-star weapon if I fuse it wit the bastion orb? TIA

Kindly help me with the ranking process. I have over 5k of GP (Elyos) and I'm still stuck at Soldier 1. I'm trying to get to 2-Star officer because I want to buy the AP weapon. I'm stuck in Soldier 1 for quite a while and I don't know what to do. How many GP do I need to join the ranks?
